Cocktail Of The Month – December

December is upon us so this months cocktails had to have that Christmas cheer

🎄✨ Gingerbread Martini: A Festive Sip of Holiday Magic ✨🎄

If Christmas cheer could be poured into a glass, shaken with sparkle, and garnished with joy… it would taste exactly like this gingerbread martini. Cozy, sweet, and warmly spiced, it’s the perfect cocktail for fireside gatherings, holiday parties, or wrapping gifts with twinkling lights glowing nearby.

❄️ Gingerbread Martini Recipe

🎅 Ingredients (serves 1)
• 1 ½ oz vanilla vodka
• 1 oz Irish cream liqueur
• 1 oz coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa)
• 1 tbsp gingerbread syrup* (store-bought or homemade)
• 1–2 tbsp heavy cream (optional for extra creaminess)
• Ice
• Crushed gingerbread cookies or graham crackers (for rim)
• Whipped cream + a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg (for garnish)

🌟 Instructions
1. Prepare the rim:
Dip the rim of a chilled martini glass into a little gingerbread syrup, then roll it in crushed gingerbread cookies. Like dusting the glass with Christmas magic!
2. Mix the cocktail:
In a cocktail shaker, add the vanilla vodka, Irish cream, coffee liqueur, gingerbread syrup, and optional cream. Add a handful of ice and shake like you’re jingling Santa’s sleigh bells—vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
3. Strain & serve:
Strain into your rimmed martini glass.
4. Garnish generously:
Crown it with a swirl of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, nutmeg, or even a tiny gingerbread cookie.
